Imported from Cameroon, our bar counter is made of a 8m-long solid wood, called bubinga. It is crafted from a warm, tactile material, its grain becoming increasingly beautiful over a quarter of a century. Additionally, the imported bar chairs from Italy are designed with utmost comfort in mind.”
Internationally (English) Friendly
We take great pride in declaring that BAR END is among the most internationally friendly authentic bars in Tokyo. Our owner bartender, Shijo, with extensive experience studying in the U.S., is passionate about sharing the essence of Japanese bar culture with newcomers. This enthusiasm led us to launch a dedicated English website, separate from our Japanese one. And in fact, many of our regular patrons are foreign residents.
